More Activities

The area where Boards and Bikes operates is a very special place. We work between Holy Island in the North, to the Cheviots in the West and to Embleton in the South.

This area is nestled deep in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is steeped in heritage and history. Bamburgh Castle, one of the most powerful and commanding beach back-drops in the country is at the heart of our office environment. The ruins of Dunstanburgh to the South and Lindisfarne Castle to the North provide a visual frame to our landscape.

The Cheviot Hills, rolling in from the West and out to sea to the East, form the Farne Islands and intersect the coast.

Amongst all this landscape and history, we enjoy getting sun on our face and sand in our toes, and more importantly – sharing what we have with other people.
